Each LUAN creation is handmade or hand-finished using natural materials.
Due to the unique nature of crystals and gemstones, variations in colour, texture, and inclusions may occur. These are not defects, but part of each piece’s natural character.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made securely via the methods provided at checkout. LUAN reserves the right to update prices or promotional offers at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK and internationally.
UK orders are fulfilled via Royal Mail; international orders via DPD or other trusted couriers.
Free shipping is available for UK orders over £50, and for international orders over £200.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LUAN piece. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it remains unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that earrings and custom-made items are non-returnable for hygiene and design reasons.
